Prime Minister Najib Razak’s continuous silence over Malayan Banking Bhd’s (Maybank) exploitation of workers and anti-union attitude will further jeopardise the waning support for BN government, the National Union of Bank Employees (NUBE) has warned.

Disgusted Does NUBE insist on block voting of its members like civil service army and police. Why is it that Solomon says NUBE has been a staunch supporter of the government Who is he to make such a promise. Isn’t it an individual’s right to vote whomsoever he/she belives will be able to be their rep or government. I guess Solomon knowing Najib’s back is against the wall is trying to exploit the situation and get concessions for bank employees. But the he has no right to insist all his members to support the BN government on account of this. Solomon is tying the hands of his members by telling Najib that if he solves their problems NUBE’s 30,000 member will throw their support behind BN.
Anonymous_ABG NUBE is one of the oldest unions in the country formed by one PC GOMEZ of Ipoh Chartered Bank and has serviced the bank workers and the nation with dedication. For management of a ‘bottle milk fed’ bank by the Government to undermine the workers’ solidarity deserves nothing but condemnation in the strongest possible language. May Bank workers should NOT fall prey to corrupt management practices and once they achieve their goal/s they would give ‘boot-treatment’. In the interest of the future generation and their well being a strong and solidly supported union will safe-guard the purposeful interests.ABG

To stay in power, Mahathir and subsequent prime ministers have allowed and continue to allow hundreds of thousands of Philippino and Indonesian Muslims to illegally obtain MyKads and become citizens of Malaysia. They then become first class citizens and enjoy the perks and privileges of the bumiputras which are denied to the non-bumiputras who might have been here for 500 years. This type of apartheid like discrimination makes the non-bumiputras extremely angry and they get very disgusted with the, hyppocritical and meaningless 1Malaysia slogan. They then migrate in droves.
Loyal Malaysian Khoo has a point yet it must be pointed out Mat Sabu was not the one who fueled the controversy It was the umnoputras who have taken on an almost absurd fixation abt Mat Indera in recent days. Yes, Khoo those issues u brought up should indeed be debated but sadly it is not within PAS ability or power to force the agenda!!

Gerakan Youth secretary-general Dr Dominic Lau today launched a broadside against Malacca Chief Minister Mohd Ali Rustam for what he claims as double standards against his party.
AF McLaren Gerakan is led by a ” Boh Hoot” . So, where the CM will give two hoots to Gerakan. Doesn’t matter whether its PPP, Gerakan or MCA gets to contest in Kota Laksamana the people will vote opposition. Only the CM stands a chance in Kota Laksamana. Should encourage him to stand. By the way, my friend living in kota Laksamana doesn’t know who is the assembly person for his area. He just voted the Rocket.

Words to the effect of “Maybe PPP was once a strong party” and commands amounting to ordering “PPP can leave BN” & “All of you can leave. Either today or tomorrow. Why wait until the general election? What’s there to wait for?” What he told PPP then can now be applied to all of you at Gerakan now because Gerakan now is exactly like what PPP was a few years back, “Maybe was once a strong party, but not any more.” Therefore if you ingrates are not happy, you can “leave BN”, “All of you can leave. Either today or tomorrow. Why wait until the general election? What’s there to wait for?” ha!ha!ha! you poor pathetic souls are so funny, living on the mercy of your big tuan.
