Can they publish the names of the owners of these three islands – then Malaysians and in particular, Sabahans, would know who is at fault here. The State could have sold the islands off to these individuals on a private basis … Which just shout louder that Malaysia has to get BN and its components OUT by GE13. Do not be taken in by the under hand campaign that the government is already carrying out before announcing date of GE13. PAS president blame adviser Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat who failed to provide “legal advice and political” right up to ministers major upset in the controversial practices cronyism allegations.

Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang said Nik Abdul Aziz, chairman of the Corporation as Menteri Besar Kelantan (PMBK), “has been the appointment of honest conduct” when raising Ariffahmi Abd Abdul Rahman, a son, as head of PMBK.

“What is the least those who worked around that do not provide legal advice and political right to Tok Guru,” said PAS president today.

“We find that for 19 years PAS rule in Kelantan, Tok Guru large as ministers and members of his family did not take advantage of the office entrusted to this.”

Abdul Hadi, who also intervened in the controversy that led up to Abdul Ariffahmi dropped PMBK as chief executive officer, commenting on the issue in a statement today.

The statement published in newspapers as a trusted party official said Umno leaders and the media attack against Nik Abdul Aziz, also mursyidul am the party, the alleged practice favoritism to family members own.

Abdul Hadi did not mention the party accused of giving advice to one of the major PAS, whether high government officials or senior government leaders state.

PAS deputy president, Nasharuddin Mat Isa pursued by ambulance to the National Heart Institute (IJN) after denounce chest pain.

Nasharuddin Parliament who attended the conference this morning, before this brought to the clinic there.

However, after a test electrocardiaogram (ECG), the doctor could not identify the cause of chest pain.

Nasharuddin, who is also member of parliament bachok, later referred to IJN.

He was later seen carrying the wheelchair accompanied by Kamaruddin and Pokok Sena member of parliament Datuk Mahfuz Omar at 11:40 am to IJN.

Mahfuz said when met by reporters Nasharuddin “initially complained of muscle pain in the chest and after examination at the clinic earlier, he was advised to go to IJN for further examination.”

He however declined to comment further about the situation Nasharuddin.

PAS vice president of special officers, the Isfandy Mior Mior Azizan said Nasharuddin is in stable condition and expected to be discharged on Wednesday.

He is expected to undergo inspections tomorrow morning, he said.

Mior Isfandy declined to comment when asked whether Nasharuddin heart attack. – Bernama

Like we all read in blogs that Shah Alam Member of Parliament Khalid Samad, from PAS, that the bai’ah oath of allegiance requires elected representatives to divorce their wives should they jump party.Which is indeed not so very true at all.That is what Nik Aziz said to the media.

Also, Nik Aziz had this to comment:

“Actually PAS is envied by Muslims themselves, and because we have grown in strength recently, there are groups who try to undermine our position. The issue of bai’ah does not arise at all in Kelantan,” he told reporters

Anyway, if what Khalid Samad said is true and he is not bluffing, then Nik Aziz of PAS should do something about it.However the most important thing is, did Khalid Samad telling the truth?To prove it, better gives some names, and let Nik Aziz and PAS superiors handle it.
